Dashii wrote Yeah. There's a way pass it. Don't use copyrighted content ;)

You see, I knew some smart ass would say that, but the video is fair use.

It most likely isn't if you are constantly being copyright claimed. Probably a song or something in there causing it

The system detects it, automatically flagging it regardless of fair use.

What is the item, song, movie, video you are trying to upload?

A slightly longer non-Sunkist version of this scene.

So it's a movie clip you are trying to upload? Where did you see it as fair-use? o.o

Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.

So instead of trying to Roast me, how about explaining how that video bypassed the systems automatic flagging system?

So what are you trying to upload. Just the clip on it's own? If so that wouldn't count for any of that. Plus you said about it being non-profit. If you get copyright claimed, why would this matter in the first place?

The clip is only part of the video, and IT CAN BE DONE, as other people have done it before. Can you try not to paint me as a cyber thief with all your replies, and be helpful.

No one is going to help you with your attitude. You are complaining about getting copyrighted and then you even say that fair use includes non profit. Which is the opposite of monetization.

Plus your main post said you are trying to upload clips less than 1 minute. And considering you haven't even explained what your whole video is, I'm assuming you are only using clips without reviewing them or whatever.

I asked for a bypass, which IS possible, and all you have given is a draconian interrogation.

Moral of this story is you have something the system don't like and if it don't like it, it won't take it.

Sorry for all the people on this thread being douchebags. If you aren't helping don't post. I remember some people I used to know used a render method in Sony Vegas, it eliminated all the codecs which caused YouTube to detect copyright. I've only seen it used for songs, but I don't see why it wouldn't work for video clips. Just give it some research
