Hey guy's it's been a while since i've been on my ps3, I've recently spoofed to 4.80 from 4.50 ITA and everything works fine besides CCAPI i installed CCAPI 2.70 on both my console and PC without any issues until i try to connect to my PS3 i get an error Saying:
""It can not connect to my PS3
1. Verify that your IP address is correct
2. Check that your antivirus/firewall doesn't block the connection
3. Check that you have correctly installed CCAPI to your PS3""
I have checked through all of the suggestions and i'm not sure how to fix , If anyone could help me that would be awesome! thanks!

Firewall triggered that for me so turn that off if it's on. Also delete your IP on your CCAPI and connect with your IP again. You should be good to go, also go to BlackB0x and see if your IP is matching with your CCAPI IP. Update me on this.

What about un-installing the app and re-downloading the app. The app may outdated and CCAPI is updated so you need to download the newer version for CCAPI. I'm thinking what could solve this, my other reply solved that for me. Try what I've said and we'll go from there.

Ahh, there you go then the CCAPI what you were using must of been out of date. Now you can have fun modding. GG
