He is inky going for 15k and it makes me wonder why? Is he terrible?

He's in a lower league. Harder to link = Less likely for players to use, resulting in lower price. He has good shooting and strength, and of course pace, but he can't dribble for the life of him. He's fast, and has pretty good positioning, but I'd truly rather play Marchisio at ST. Bought him for 21K and sold him after just 5-6 matches

He's quite average.
He is really fast and really strong, can be quite good in the air as well, but when it comes to dribbling and trying to get past players it can be quite difficult. 3* skills also a bummer.
That said - he's probably worth 15k, but you can get a lot better.
