If it helps, my height is also 6' 4" and as of right now I have a set goal of at least 230 for my weight


Like everyone is saying, do cardio, lots of it. If I were you, I would try to slim down first and then build some muscle. As for your goal, it's fine as a main goal but don't beat yourself up when you don't hit it. 100 pounds is a lot of weight to lose. Go by small goals. I'm talking maybe 25-30 pounds at a time. That way when you hit that goal you will still be motivated. Good luck bro. I'm also a heavier dude at 290 and 6ft. I've lost 15 pounds so far and hopefully can keep going,
