Let's see...I've been console banned not once, but twice.
So, the first time, I had 4 accounts banned.
The second console, I only had 2.

It depends on how bad your activities were, and how you resolved them.

I thought it was 3-5 perm bans before the console ban but I'm not exactly sure.
