History
On March 24, 2013. xST6x Admiral was a 2Lt in SOTL( Soldiers of the lost). SOTL was a very good clan. Admiral was thinking of leaving to start up his clan. He was going to ask for an alliance with SOTL after he left, respectfully of course. Admiral thought of an idea. One of his favorite shows was 24. There was a government agency that the main character worked for. So he called the Military Clan CTU( Counter Terrorist Unit). Admiral changed his gamertag to CTU xGeneral. General messaged 2 old friends of his to join and be his first 3 commanders. Which was Natetheking17 and Unionstar14. They both agreed to join and help lead the clan. Soon the other two commanders change their GTs. Unionstar changed to CTU xGangster and Natetheking changed his to CTU xNightHawk. They clan was going good for the first month. Soon in April CTU picked up two really good Riflemen. Feasible and Truly Amazed soon to be CTU xFeasible and CTU xAmaze. The were 4th and 5th in command. After them joining, CTU xGeneral met A guy by the name S4T1NxHBG he was the leader of Hove Beach Gang. CTU and HBG helped each other for a year or so. During that time CTU started getting big in numbers. Around July 2013 CTU picked up and ex mobster, Homie G Ortiz soon to be CTU xReckless. Also got a modder form Montoya CTU xBEAST, Former competitive call of duty player CTU xGrudg3, A former Battlefield Navy leader and Counselor CTU xKill3m and Driver CTU xXxX. Having all those members we went in to freemode looking for fights. We went into a game and saw the TLBMC (The lost brotherhood MC) We challenge them to a clan match a 3v3. It was CTU xGeneral, CTU xGangster and CTU xBEAST. We lost the clan match but TLBMC want a alliance. So we had an alliance meeting. We then soon after made a Commission with them and HBG. We were good allies for a long time. We meet a Sik Military which was a milsim clan. They join The commission Northern Alliance. After about 2 month TLBMC started being shady about some things. We asked to a have a commission meeting. We got into the game and went to the movie theatre. We listen to TLBMC President TLBMC Viper talk. Then TLBMC fired and killed all CTU that was in the lobby. Then they left the game.. After that we lost 2 good members Amaze and Feasible. After them leaving CTU xNightHawk was kicked out for being immature and Gangster got demoted for lying. CTU xBEAST was made Second in command. TLBMC came back on the radar after 2 weeks and shot at us in a freemode. We fought back for 3 hours then pushed them out. We then were challenge to a TDM. it was a 4v4. CTU won the clan match. RIght after that clan match, TLBMC Darkness, Veteran Zombie, Picklefart and German all join CTU from TLBMC. After them joining Viper joined. DArkness and Veteran soon became commander. later on in july. CTU Picked up more members, CTU xTiGeR, ctu ginger, CTU xLarry. Larry was a good pilot and ginger and Tiger were very good snipers. in August A former friend of Generals, SCAR Frostbite was leaving SCAR (Special COmbat and Recon) along with SCAR Maximus. THey left to start their own clan GOW(Ghost of War). Right away GOW and CTU became allies. GOW tried to have peace with SCAR. GOW had a plan to join a Commission. The Klip Commission was run by Trusino Crime Family. Also in the commission was Trusino, Montoya, ERTx(Emergency Response Team), SWCC(Special Warfare Combat Crew), A1MC and soon to be GOW and CTU. The Klip commission had weekly meetings and we all decide to take on SCAR and LK(Latin Kings) We all voted on the subject. LK was a big Gang of modders(the used jug and God mode in clan matches. We decide they weren't going to be a problem so we left them alone. SCAR on the other hand was a very Organized and Powerful Military. They were very good in TDMs and FMs using various tactics. Over the summer there was multiple clan matches and freemode wars with SCAR. SCAR was in the Commission NWO, With SOA, MLMx EMCx. In early August There was a Klip commission meeting. It was at the main office in algonquin. We were sitting in the lobby talking about attacking SCAR and who should we bring into Klip. As the meeting was going on, General got a message from BodyGuard Montoya (recently wacked out of Montoya) Saying Tursino and A1MC are going to shoot up CTU". After getting that message CTU xGeneral Decide to shoot up the meeting. The night of that incident. CTU xGeneral gets a party invite from GODxCREATOR. General joins the party. The leader of GOD was CREATOR. He was an ex SWCC member who left because SWCC merged with legendary(Pilot Crew) And gave second in command to SWCC Swift who was the leader of legendary. CREATOR was talking to me about going after SWCC and GOW. After talking to him for 20 minutes, General decided to go along with GOD. GOD lasted a month or 2 then ended. The leader wanted to focus on his real life. CTU had no real allies at this time. We just gain recruits and skill. One day CTU xViper leaves to start up TLBMC again. He takes Zombie with him. They fought us about 4 times and we beat them repeatedly. They went off the face of the earth at the end of GTA4


Structure
CTU has 3 Divisions, Infantry, Recon and Air Force
Infantry: Ground Fighting, Assault teams, Heavy Gunners, Rifle men and explosive experts
Recon: Snipers, Take out enemies from far distances
Air Force: Pilots, Jet and Helicopter Pilots
HIC: High in Command: Leaders of the Crew, Officers, Enforce the rules. Also take care of there specific Assignments and Jobs.

Recruitment
Recruitment Consist of 2 Stages.
The Interview: Series of Questions to get to know the new recruit. Every Interview is on File.
Combat Training: Training to make each Recruit the best they possibly can be. BCT( Basic Combat Training) Consist of 2 different Parachute jumps, Breach and Clear, Convoying, BRM( Basic Rifle Marksmanship)
After Passing BCT, Recruits will get the rank of Private First class, Get assigned a Division and can participate in clan activities.

Rules and Regulations:

Follow orders from those above you
1. Clan TDMs go through 1st in command only (2v2s, 3v3s, and 4v4s can go through the other generals)
2. If you gain an information that is vital to CTU Military, let a General know ASAP
3. Each recruit must go through basic training.
4. Dont ask for a rank up. Doing so will slow the process of you getting ranked up
5. No being disrespectful to any members, especially High ranking officers.
6. Do NOT lie to any member especially high ranks above you
7. If a clan fires at you in a freemode,( Allies Neutral or Enemy clans) let a General know ASAP
8. No fighting with other clan members
10. Clan meetings and training sessions are mandatory. Let a general know if you cant make it.
11. No being any other GTA clans or other game clans that make you change your gt.
12. Must change your gamertag. (ie: CTU xRaider)( No numbers and only capitalize the first letter of the word. Also must have a lower case "x" in the gamertag)
13. Stand up for members on any game. Have members back. (Even if there was an issue from the past, grow past it and have other members back. This is a Brotherhood, treat it as one)
14. Being inactive for 1 week or over will result in a discharge. if you a high ranking officer it will result in a demotion. You will get one warning after the 1st week, if youre still inactive after another week you will be discharged. We need CTU members pulling their weight in CTU Military.
15. Any Disrespect to any clans or Clan Members will result in a punishment
16. Never Assume unless told by a general
17. Always Work as a team
18. Never Interrupted a General when their talking to another clan or individual
19. Carry Out the Operations given by 1IC
20. If a Clan engages CTU Troops, Let a CTU Officer know so he can handle the situation.
Follow ROE (Rules of Engagement)- Do NOT fire unless fired upon
