Some things to know about rep in general
-Every 100 rep, you get a new rank[Hover over green bar to see it]
-You can only give rep to 10 people in a 24 hour time span
-100 rep points=1 rep power
-25 posts=1 rep power
How do I give rep?
To give rep to other people, you have to find a post/topic they made. The look in the bottom right hand corner and you should see a button that looks like this

Here is an example of the post that im going to rep

After, you click the button, a screen like this will pop up

Then Click the Scroll Down Bar to give that person the amount of rep you want
NOTE***You can only Give As much rep as you have
NOTE***Staff members amount of rep they can give is maxed at 100, Gold members is maxed at 50, and Regular members is maxed at 25.

After you designate the value, there are two Circles
1 around- I agree with this post
1 around- I disagree with this post
[I agree with this post= Positive Rep
I disagree with this post= Negative Rep]
You can leave a comment too[optional]

After all that is done, you can press add to reputation, and once it says reputational points delivered, you have successfully repped someone.
How To Check If You have been given rep
Go to the top of your page and click "account"

The scroll down until you see these tabs and click "reputation"

Then you see this once you click reputation and see all your rep details

Then Scrool down and here it shows all your recent rep given and recieved

Reputional Ranks
Has a reputation beyond repute
How to Get: Reach the Ultimate goal Of 10000 (10k) Reputation power
Has a brilliant future
How to Get: Have 5000 Rep power
Has much to be proud of
How to Get: Have 4000 Rep power
Is a splendid one to behold
How to Get: Have 3000 Reputation power
Is a name known to all
How to get: Have 2000 Rep power
Is a glorious beacon of light
How to Get: Have 1000 Rep power
Is just really nice
How to Get: Have 500 Rep power
Is a jewel in the rough
How to Get: Have 400 Rep Power
Has a spectacular aura about
How to Get: Have 300 Rep power
Will become famous soon enough
How to Get: Have 200 Rep Power
Is on a distinguished road
How to Get: Have 100 Rep Power
Is an unknown quantity at this point
How to Get: Have 0 Rep Power
Has a little shameless behaviour in the past
How to Get: Have -100 Rep power
Can only hope to improve
How to Get: Have -500 Reputation Power
Is infamous around these parts
How to Get: Have -1000 Rep power

I'm sure that i've seeen this post made more than a couple times.
Rep system isn't hard to figure out unless your a retard .

The rep system made sound easy but to new comers it could seem weird
