Go into your local barbers and ask if they would start using your product.

Online.

You're already doing it on Facebook and Twitter. Try making a Kickstarter, people will see it and maybe even help pay for some of it.

Facebook advertisements, twitter advertisements, google ads, send samples to local barbers/salons, etc...

You're not doing well posting it every day on a gaming site, most people on here don't use any type of product and if they do they aren't interested in trying some random member's.

Advertising through social media would be the best place
Try to get a big page to give you a shout out

Is this a product you make / produce and sell, or is this something where the company gives you the product to sell and you make commission? Is it's exclusively your product, start small and keep your startup costs down. Ask to put your product in places where you want it sold. Since it's hair care, go to a salon. Perhaps ask the owner if after hours they could use it and see what their opinions on it are. If you can get them to use it on customers, that's a huge in for you. They might put it on the shelf, but people buy products from salons that are used on them most of the time. If they use it on the customer, now they are buying from you, and the customer wants some so the customer buys as well.
