Not only is my controller disconnecting but it is sometimes unresponsive and keeps cutting out game volume through my headset when I press buttons. This has only been happening since buying my new headset but on other forums people are experiencing this problem without using a headset. Is there any ways of solving this problem other than the ones on Xbox support as that done no help what so ever

Few options here,
1. Clear your system cache (hold the X on the console for 10-15 seconds)
2 update your controller through your settings
3. Contact Xbox support
