So I just got a iPhone 5s today and I need iTunes on my laptop to put music and photos from my old phone onto it, but whenever I download the set up part it says it is not a valid Win32 application? What can I do to solve this issue? Thanks to the people who reply and solutions

It seems like the file is getting damaged in the download. Have you tried downloading it with a different browser?

Try downloading a different version of iTunes, run as admin and if your running 64Bit Windows make sure you download the 64Bit version. If all fails then let me know

Apple has an archived article on the subject that you are having issues with, but it may be outdated at this point and isn't updated by Apple anymore.

Should at least point you in the right direction at least.
