title says it all, if i dont need one, how can i do it?

You don't "need" one. You can do it by USB.

you can do it with a USB if you have the OS iso file, or a cd of Os and another pc to use..

if you have the disc google a free software to convert it from the cd to an ISO file,

once you have the iso file, whther from disc or torrent.
use a program thats free called RUFUS.. this will put the iso onto a USB as a bootable device.

on the pc restart and go into bios settings (generally f8) set boot order so the usb is #1. this will boot into the windows setup, after some setup the pc may restart depending on what OS you are installing, at this point it may or may not start the install again.. if it does, dont worry restart pc and change Boot order back to normal and the install will carry on as normal.
