Sadly cash drops aren't available for PS4&XB1 holders guys. Unless you purchase a premodded account, In that case you could transfer the premodded account over to PS4/XB1.

Ill provide you Xbox 360 log in credentials to download onto the console. If you're wanting to transfer to PC/PS4/XB1 you will need to use Social Club to do so. So yes, it can transfer to PC as long as you have the game
