You keep on suggesting to buy the monitor because it has g-sync, you are using cards made by amd... Quoted from what you said earlier, that shows how much you know.

_Skittle wrote @sweq, as you are so adamant that your built is l33t, let's sit down and review it.

CPU - No matter what the use for the PC is, an i5 in a $3k budget is beyond ridiculous.
Cooler - Fine
Motherboard - Beyond a waste of money, nothing wrong with mATX, but the board is definitely not worth the price.
RAM - The same with the CPU, 8GB is pretty stupid in a $3k build as 16GB is so much closer in price than it ever has been.
SSD - Good SSD, but would definitely expect a NVMe drive in this budget.
HDD - Fine
GPUs - lol, Two Nano's is beyond stupid imo, many games won't play nice with two cards, and getting a single or two 980 Ti's is a much better choice.
Case - Fine if you are set on mATX..
PSU - Fine
Monitor - Now this is funny, you spend $900 on a monitor, ramble on about its features, the only advantage it has over the Dell monitor that Dan suggested is G-SYNC (a Nvidia technology) and at a much higher price, but you are using AMD GPUs???

And as for the i5 bottlenecking, it is completely true, my i5 bottlenecks my 970 in games like GTA V and Bo3 at only 1080p, so an i7 would definitely be better for gaming in a budget like this.
That is the build I made for OP. What I would personally buy would be this:

This comment would have been good, if it wasn't a repost from the post before you...

Anyways, I've never used G-sync, but from what I know, it must be worth and that's the best you can get available in current technology.

Build you made? All you done was take Sancty's build, then done what i did with the windforce 980ti, change the motherboard, opted for a cheaper CPU cooler and added in the case i said earlier to make it cheaper.

If you just made something like that earlier, you wouldn't of had the downvotes like you did nor have me on here c:

How can you make a suggestion to get a monitor that the hardware of the pc does not support? That's like getting a 4k monitor on a 1080p build.

I hope you realise that G-Sync only applies to GeForce GPUs, the AMD equivalent is FreeSync.

Yeah, that was the purpose of my reply to Rizzah, I'm aware that I made that mistake. Doesn't change the strength of my argument on the rest of the components.
