I heard it was coming but didn't see it in the patch notes.

If so, is anyone willing to give me or sell that high-end gun from the hope boss farming exploit.

What is going to happen, is when the first dlc drops, that's when it comes out. I don't think that it's full on trading, but trading for loot only earned in the dz/mission with your group. It's not what you think.
