is there anyway to get high end gear easy? or high end weapons? I am level 30 but I can't find any good loots. anyone please help. thanks

Make sure your Base of Operations is 100% complete in all 3 wings so you have the scavenger perk/Trait. High end weapons/Gear will be a better chance in the Dark Zone key crates once the update is released tomorrow. So i'd just wait patient until then bud. Other than that...Keep killing Bullet King.
