Okay... So about 2 weeks ago, I had a GFX shop and I was doing GFX for free. I said that I would make YouTube BGs for free, BUT all that they had to do was subscribe (YouTube backgrounds take A LOT of time compared to other GFX) and +REP would be nice.
So I was making GFX and everyone was happy and liked them. Then I get to this kid "FaLLBacK" and he asked for a YouTube Background.

I said absolutely, and just asked him to subscribe and +REP for the job.
He agreed and said he would +100 REP me. I was absolutely fine with this. Then a few minutes later... I receive a message from him saying that he would gift me gold if I did the BG. I thought that this was very generous of him. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Obviously, for this I made the BG very detailed and amazing. I was very proud of my work. *Mind that all I asked for really was +REP*
The next morning a get a message from "ohChaos" right after I had finished the BG and was going to send it to FaLLBacK. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (I was a bit of a noob then, so I did not know that this was against the rules for FaLLBacK to do.)
I went on AIM and added him. He said he had to wait a little bit to get unbanned to +REP me. I said that was okay. Then he also said he was gifting gold to me right then. I said okay, and started sending the file, and RIGHT before the file had been sent he said that he had given me gold. I went and checked and gold was not yet there, so I thought that there would be maybe a short delay. I went back to AIM to ask him if he did send it, and I noticed that he blocked me on AIM. -.- Then I went on TTG to send him a message to tell him that that was a cowardly thing to do when I only asked for +REP originally. Seriously...? How much of a coward can you be? And what kind of balls does it take to do something like that?
So then I go to his main account and see that he was in fact NOT banned. I try to send him a message and just tell him how cowardly he was. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Some people are really stupid... So lets count how many times he has broken the rules... and how many other people he has probably scammed. I am pretty sure that that equals a ban. What do you guys think I should do? Because I am sure you guys know what it feels like to be scammed like that. Will someone please show this to a mod or something? Thanks. =/
**UPDATE** Look at his recent posts. Just about all of them are him scamming people. They all say: WILL GIFT GOLD for whatever like making an intro.
