there are none like that the only kind of ps4 like that is the DEV consoles

PS3, you can find one almost anywhere. As for PS4, CTurt found a kernel exploit, and has "jailbroken" the PS4, but it is not publicly released, and failoverflow has ran linux, and pokemon emulators, on the PS4. I can link a thread for the PS3 on ebay.
