Your best off being safe and purchasing from a "Trusted" seller such as Pulse_KVs.. There are countless people being scammed for KV's these days and it's all because people are looking for the cheapest places to purchase a KV.

I'm new to moding and he looked so real he did show me a pic with my name next to the laptop and he must have been a modder because he sent me a banned one he wasted my money for a new one I still got his ttg name

Just report him, show proof, and there you go, lesson learned, dont buy kvs from unknown quantities.
