The world can be a difficult place sometimes. It might be useful to apply for an internship rather than trying for a paid job. Most employers want experience, seeing that you've done some voluntary work might help you. Best of luck anyway!

It sucks man, really does. I was recently made redundant. So I'm feeling the struggle myself.

Go work at your local super market. I work at Stop & Shop and I'm only 16. They are also really good with hours. I was tired of being broke and having my mom buy me everything, so I got a job and now it is way better

But I did feel your struggle, and I know where you're coming from
