Three things.
1.) You can't REP with 0 REP.
2.) I highly doubt anyone will contact you on Skype because if they get scammed you won't be punished if its not on TTG.
3.) People won't work for free hoping you will pay them after you see the intro, thats why you need to find people with ports to see what they are capable of doing.
