I use gaming as a way to relive stress but sometimes gaming is what causes it. If i am super stressed out i will sleep then wake up feeling alot better

I generally don't get depressed or sad I deal with stuff fairly well to the point where nothing makes me upset longer than a quick smoke break.

I mostly just lay down and listen to music and I'll probably fall asleep but sometimes I continue to watch a series on Netflix as well..

I usually listen to music or work out until I "calm down" I guess? It helps and makes me feel better

A lot of very loud music. I dont normally get stressed, but when im feeling down or tired, I whack on an hour mix from YT, bust out either my headphones or speakers depending where I am and crank it to the loudest. Funny enough, its what im doing now https://www.thetechgame.com/images/chat/smiles/jammin.gif

I like to eat.
I mean I love to listen to music, workout, go to work...
Go to a recovery group...men are told to hold in emotion and act like a man but in reality we need to release our stress, anger, vulnerability to other men. It is not good to bottle up stress or anger as this just festers the fuel to the fire to snap on someone you do not want to.
These are things I do. Stress is a weight that wears us down over time, go to lunch with a buddy and tell him what's on your mind and hope he keeps his mouth shut to others

I never really dealt with stress or depression but I guess the best way to deal with it is by listening to music as it can clear your head. Gaming can also help as you'll be focused on the game rather than irl problems. Playing sports can also help.
