okay so i recently upgraded my computer and black ops 3 keeps getting FPS drops for no reason and i can't figure out what the problem is. Before i upgraded black ops 3 ran perfectly fine didn't have any problems then.
I've tried updating my video card drivers and etc. nothing seems to work no matter what.
so if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.
P.S. I recently had windows 10 but didn't like it so i went back to windows 7

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
16GB DDR3 Memory
Gigabyte 970-Gaming Motherboard
2GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti (EVGA)
120GB KINGSTON SSD
1TB Hitachi Hard Drive
3TB Seagate External Hard Drive
AMD FX-8350 Eight core Processor (Black Edition)
