Just wondering I don't think you can unless you use a 360 then transfer over

Well since you can use the account on both 360 and One then just Mod it on 360..

There isnt a safe way to mod your gamerscore on Xbox One. As stated above, the only way to mod gamerscore if if you have an Xbox 360.

like the user said above me you can mod it on Xbox 360 then switch over but why would you risk a perma ban for that?

As of right now no, you could always do it on 360 on your account and then bring it to Xbox one.
