The UK for 100s of years has always had the same law regarding murder.

"If any person, group or company that is in the vicinity of the area and is coercly committing a crime together, all who are involved are deemed liable for any actions under Join-Enterprise."

So for example - if there were four people, including myself, comitting an armed robbery on a bank and one person was outside on lookout, one person was inside stealing the money and two people were inside holding everyone hostage and ransom - then we would all be comitting, 'Armed Robbery', 'False Imprisonment', and 'Fear with intent to Wound/Kill'.

Now say I was one of the two people who was holding everyone inside ransom - and I decided to kill someone, all four people involved in the armed robbery would be held in the qnuiry to Murder by Joint-Enterprise. Even the person who is outside keeping a lookout would be liable for this too (but most likely would be cleared).

However today the Law could be changed so that there must be "A reasonable extent in to which an individual is involved in the coerce crime." - meaning that it becomes more difficult to press all those involved with charges for Join-Enterprise murder.

What are your thoughts on this? Let's hear them below.

Believe this is perhaps a good thing, as for example like u said if someone got killed then u would all be liable. However the others may have had no intentions of taking an innocent life so why should they pay as much of a severe sentence for something thy didn't commit

The Law is getting crazier, tighter until you can't do anything yourself. As I quoted below even though your friend is keeping an eye out even though your friend isn't really taking part of the "Robbery" you can can get strewed over because you're in a GTA5 Heist.
