That Laptop looks good to me, seen the specs of the Laptop. You have better CORE than me haha. I have a Core i5 this isn't for streaming or playing computer games such as H1Z1, CSGO etc.. Anyways, back to topic depends how much you use it as you said you'll be using it for the Air Force. I gather you'll be using it a lot, right? Your Laptop is upgraded to Windows 10 like me so your Laptop is updated. You using Norton 360 Security for online security at all? Apart from that it's a good Laptop.

The laptop sales retail at $1,000 USD and you snagged it for $799.99 USD so in price, it was a semi-good deal.

It is hard for a Mac to get a virus, true. But, Macs are shit when it comes to gaming which is partially what OP wants to do. Plus, Macs are much more expensive in comparison to a PC.

I would say for the price it is a good laptop, and MSI is one of the better gaming laptop groups. From what it sounds like it should serve pretty well, you could have gotten better of course, but for the price it was a pretty good deal.

Thanks everyone, and also I did contact the seller and the laptop was in display in stores, but only for a week. Would anyone know of a good website to get cheap upgrades for this computer? I'll most likely only be able to play around a little on the weekends since I'm busy, but I like gaming as a hobby it keeps me out of trouble. Once I pick up the laptop in the mail I'll update this post a week later with pictures and a review on how well it operates.
