I am going to be honest with you as anyone will be on here, I recommend more memory for your Graphics card just cause thats my personal preference but for the little you want it should get the job done. Although personally I prefer to save more money and get a better computer later down the line but its your call.

More vram doesn't always mean better performance.

As said above, more VRAM doesnt mean a better card. Hell, the 2GB 380 is just as good as the 4GB. It isnt really necessary unless you are playing VRAM heavy games, which he isnt.

Plus, the PC is always upgradable. He can always buy something better down the line than wait for a better PC.

As for OP, budget and currency? Those parts you picked are outdated and arent the best.
Will you also need a monitor, KB, or mouse?

for CS GO, COD, LoL, and Minecraft this PC build is fine. But it depends on how much he is paying for this.

PSU isn't the greatest, but from the way it is put it looks like it could be a pre-built system. Correct me if I am wrong, but anyway, what is your budget and currency as i'm sure we could configure a better system for your needs.
