They like to think they're cool and prove to their friends that they can get free $ for doing nothing. I think they're low-life scum and need to get deleted from the face of the earth but they're young and they'll learn eventually that fraud isn't welcome in this world.

I've seen a few in the FIFA and 2K forums as well. It's kind of hard to control their posting but once they do we can easily report it. It's good knowing there are plenty of members on the look out to help moderators control this sort of behaviour
