I keep getting errors 8002314A when I'm making an account what dose the error mean?

I had to log into the sub account via this address [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and on the right hand side under service access status there was a caution symbol beside playstation network, when i checked the account options i hadn't set the security question option :Stupid:(you know the mothers maiden name or whatever) once i did this and saved the account the caution symbol was removed under service access and i could log in to the sub account on the PS3 without any errors

it could also mean your banned as ive currently got the same error code,
