Hey guys, so recently I got banned on Xbox for: Account Theft / Phishing. Which isn't true, and I'm getting it appealed. Has anyone gone through Case Review on the website? If so, how long does it take XBLPET to respond? Thanks.
I hope this doesn't affect the rules for off-topic, sorry if so.

Most of the time they aren't going to give you any details and most likely just tell you that you got what you deserved. I've been banned for the same thing in the past. You just have to deal with it.

I've gotten two perma bans, but never for that. Mostly for Black Ops 2 Mods. Anyways good luck.

I got banned back in MW2, I appealed and got a reply about 2 weeks later, they didn't give details so I didn't really chase up after that

by the way, to get lifetime banned you first had to get 3 warnings per account and after 3 accounts have been lifetime banned on one console the third time will get you a console ban...
I'm aware. I've been console banned, and I'm not the one to say I didn't get what I deserved "for modding" or whatever, but this is different. I haven't played on my account in a month, only my little brother has, and he's 3; incapable of sending messages. Also I've only had 1 warning before, then it went straight to 12/31/9999. Soooo idk. I've had over 30 accounts banned (not retailed except 2), and 2 console bans. (Since the 360 was released)

Console lifetime ban was retail for me, also had a 10 year tenure account from my original Xbox banned.
