If you want someone to do it for you.. look on websites for 3.55 ofw downgrade etc...
Ebay and Facebook pages (make sure the person has high feedback and good reputation doing it that way.. not very likely to find someone on here that will do it.

Like FortyTwo said, be careful who you're sending your PS3 to, especially if its someone off Ebay, make sure they have high feedback..
