Serious question, I have lost complete interest in gaming and when I was younger it was all I done with my time. Some of you might still enjoy gaming the same but I really don't.
anyone agree ? if so then why

For me, personally, it was a new experience and there was more to be exited about.

I think its because when we were younger we didnt know exactly that a game was bad we just thought it was fun or silly. Some of the games I LOVED as a kid I would never go back and play them, they are terrible..

Also its probably because when we were younger we didnt have 10 years of video game experience or whatever, they were NEW to us. As you get older some people just grow out of video games. If you dont grow out of video games entirely you might grow out of genres.

Games were more simple back then. It was all we knew. It wasn't as competitive and we didn't have real responsibilities. It was just what we did.

As a child I never really cared whether a game was good... I just kinda played everything, however there are always some games that were so good in their time that the child in me is emotionally attached to them forever. TY the Tazmanian Tiger, Spyro, Crash and pretty much every Mario game.

As the years progressed people wanted games to have bigger stories, more like a movie if you will. Somehow we lost what used to be fun and turned gaming into what it is now. Graphics also has a huge part to play in this, children nowadays will insult the classics by how low the graphics where but we however got to expedience how amazing they where when they first came out.

Maybe because as we grow, we grow tired of gaming and find something else thats more fun.

Younger - no worries, free to do anything at anytime

Older - responsibilities, jobs, rent all slam is down and now there's no time.
