Depends if we're talking baby teeth or adult teeth. Baby teeth I'd yank the **** out with a pliers. As for an adult tooth, you need to go to the dentist.

I have had 4 adult and 3 baby teeth pulled all at the dentist of course but one time when i was little i bit into an apple and that did the trick
