So I bought the season pass on the Xbox 1 but i got a ps4 so i am looking to sell it but before i do that i need to know if or how that is possible. can someone help me out?

The only way to sell/give away is by Licence transfer/Home xbox settings. I would not risk it though bud. They need your account to do so. Then set your account as there home xbox. And you do the same with there account. Once that is done, My games & apps, Ready to install. Then click the game the season pass is for, Manage game, and the DLC should be there to download.
