2 months ago I bought gold for my Xbox account from my PayPal that had £6 on it, I thought it would end 1 month ago, but it carried on. I thought I got lucky and it glitched and gave me free gold, but yesterday I signed in and it said that I couldnt go online at all until I pay for it, but ive got no money now.
Anyone know how I would fix this?

This sometimes happens when it tries to renew itself. Ive had this issue before. You should contact Microsoft via live chat. There is probably a suspension because they have given you gold but didnt receive the money? Id get it checked. Once the money is paid, you'll be allowed back online.

The only way to fix it is to pay it, they charged me twice, or at least tried to charge me twice for two months of gold I did not pay. I refused to pay and now my debit card is blocked from their systems. The only thing you can do is pay or have your payment method removed.

Thanks ppl I'll try and save up this is so annoying. Apparently I owe them £12 I and I cant even afford that. Ridiculous.

There is no time limit. So take your time in paying them man. Just in future make sure you check the auto renewal is off

There actually is a time limit, they gave me two weeks to pay then removed my card. They expected me to pay them $60 when it auto renewed when I put in a prepaid code. Like alright MS. xD

The only option is to pay the toll to play the game.
I apologize, and I sympathize. I also agree that this service and all services and information on the internet should be FREE OF CHARGE and such and whatnot.
Why would we think of charging for access to some of the most beautiful, thoughtful, inspirational, factual and motivating information, data, ideas and such to the masses!!!!

Until someone changes this current situation, we must play the game and pay such an outrageous price in IMAGINARY PAPER VALUES!
