Do you know how to view your drivers? What Operating System are you using?

Alright, go to control panel > Device Manager and open the Sound section. Is there any orange/yellow triangles next to your devices?

Is your default sound output set to the device you are using? Click the little speaker in your bottom right corner and make sure the sound device your using is set to default.

Simply right click it and check your output device.

Glad I could help! Let me know if you need any further assistance. I've been using Windows since 99.
