i got a JMB tv that i need to factory reset but i dont know how maybes it in the service menu but i dont know how to get there? help?

Check your owners manual. If all else fails, call the manufacturer.

Turn tv on.
Press and hold tv button on remote
While holding tv button press and hold power(on/off) button, led light should go off then back on after a couple of seconds.
Release both buttons.
Aim remote at tv and press the power(on/off) button every 5 seconds until tv turns off.
When tv turns off press the stop button at bottom of remote.
Turn tv back on with remote and test all buttons.

If this doesn't work, call your manufacturer as stated above.
