Need help building a cheap pc that is red and fast not sure what to buy though to get the best stuff for money?

If you are building this from scratch £200 will get you nothing...

For a budget like that you can't be picky about colours...

I can agree. My computer cost me $800. You really can't be stingy if you want something fast.

You won't get anything good for 200. You can play games like CSGO on it.

I would save some more bud. It's hard to make anything worthwhile on a $300 budget let alone two bills.

Little bit over, but it's not a bad entry level system. Can add an HDD for mass storage, add an R7 260x, 265, or 370 at some point and run it in XFire with the APU. Add another 4GB RAM when you can, and a cooler, AMD's stock CPU coolers are pretty meh. Even a cheap cooler, like a Cryorig M9a, or Raijintek Aidos would do nicely.
