As a new owner of a 40" 4K TV i gotta say it looks F***ing incredible for gaming and i just wanted to ask which you all use and why you use/like that.

Monitor, using TV's has always been rubbish for me. I also own a 4k TV and yes they do look stunning, but it wouldn't game on it.

But then again I also have 4k monitor so i guess there's my reason.

It also depends what game you're playing, if it's Sims or City Skylines, use TV. For CoD, Battlefield etc, use a monitor.

I have both. I have a 32" 720P TV and a 27" 1080P monitor. I prefer to game on my monitor and watch shows on my TV. To me, there isn't a huge difference.
