Quick question. Is there a way to increase your chances to play with people who also speak your own language? In my case it's English. It's just hard to co-ordinate when you can't speak the same language.

There are a couple of ways that you could try, but no promise that they will work:
Lower your match making ping, you're still probably going to connect to European servers but you can test anyways.
You could use a server picker program, there is something you can download where you can connect to different servers in the world like Australia, Africa etc. Obviously your ping will vary depending on how far away it is.
Other than that, welcome to csgo where Poland and Russia are your only option.
If you aren't too fussed about your match making rank, and want to play with people who are more likely going to speak English and use strats, Faceit would be a good idea, but again there is no promise there will be Europeans or trolls.

Haha thanks. I've noticed that pretty much everyone I've played with or against was from Poland and Russia after 13 wins lol.
