Hello, G8RZ is recruiting for BO3 (XB1). We are looking for players that go for objective, slayers, and anchors. Once we get the right team we will start playing arena. To join you must 1v1 the leader and one other person. You only have to get 15 kills on ONE of us. YOU CAN ALWAYS RETRY.
You can add Holdoooo or RaG3 FeaRZz on Xbox One.
Requirements
*At least a 1.60 KD
*At least 350 SPM
*Must have a mic
*Must play frequently

Asking for SPM and K/d ratio instantly make me think those people are bad. It means nothing in public games. You can have a 5 K.D ratio but have a 0.2% win loss ration - which is more important?
Also score per minute is pointless to judge someone's ability to play, I had a 500+ SPM in most game modes until I hit master prestige and started to try for dark matter, now it's gone down a lot, but like I said, it means nothing.

What about the guy like me who grind for camos and actually play the full game. our KD is 1.2-1.5 nothing special but we have fun.
