Everything is up and working for me too in the US. Maybe its regional or something.

Seems to be up for me, You can always check out CLICK ME to see the current status of Xbox Live. Try hard resetting your Xbox (If you have Xbox One) - Simply hold down the power button for 10 seconds until it fully restarts. It'll clear any cache and background apps that may be running that may be bugging you from connecting to live.
