I use Sky Fibre Unlimited at home, I get around 65Mbps (Megabits) down and around 19Mbps Up.

But I need more.

All these people complain about having their internet being slow. 5 mbs IS NOT SLOW. Try having 70 kbs. Theoretically, it would take me over a month to download a 60gb game, which is close to what most are today. So annoying to see people call 50mbs decent. When you think about it, 50 mbs is AMAZING. That's better than 99% of the houses in the U.S. have, and some colleges also. Check your privileges.

Ok. Lets break this down. Your ranting basically about people having better internet than you. If your getting less speed than I get on my phone, then you've got issues. How about, instead of complaining, you fix said issues. There are ways to do it, granted, some might be extreme like moving but if it bothers you that much, you'll do it.

Nowadays, fast internet is a must to do even the basic things that we like doing. Games are getting bigger, internet streams are getting more demanding, music downloads are more of a thing now. So, Id blame your ISP for not keeping up rather than ranting at us because you have bad internet.

Telling the truth =/= ranting. I'm telling people straight up that they need to cherish what they have instead of wanting more and more. Until they are put in my position, until they have to wait 30 days to download a game, they do not know the meaning of slow internet. 1MBS is good enough internet to do the basic NEEDS, the rest are wants. With my internet, I can't even do any of my college work. I'm not going to move out and pay rent just for better internet, sorry. And don't come with the "then you don't care for the internet enough." Because that isn't true. I just literally cannot afford to move out or rent a dorm. I talked to my ISP plenty of times and the same answer I get is always that they won't do anything. If fast internet was such a common thing and becoming must have, I shouldn't have to be calling them every half year to ask them if they can put a better wire down our road. Some issues a person can't fix. The literal only option for me is the extreme option of moving out.
And the fact that you said your privileges are sweet shows me you probably didn't check them. Put yourself in my situation where you are basically sh*t out of luck. Just because you can do things a certain way doesn't mean everybody has that option.

Any further talk about this can go to private messages, I'm not going to make this topic turn into a full fledged argument and get it locked down.
