My pc stopped working a few days ago, turned on no beeps and wouldn't boot, took everything out cleaned with compressed air put it back together still nothing, so just took everything ou again sept from motherboard cpu, cpu fan powerd it on long bleep wasn't turning it off to see when it would stop so was beeping for about a minute before I turned it off, put the ram in, no beeps just back to normal not beeping or booting anyone tell me what they thing is wrong, would take to a shop but they are charging 50gbp just to look at it, I completed a entry level pc repair course tried everything I know, rep for answers

it could be the power supply

if it booted up and beeped with no RAM, but wouldn't post with RAM, maybe its the RAM?

Have you tried booting with just 1 stick in? or different RAM if possible?

Try all sperate DIMMs you have, ill all DIMM slots untill it POSTs? That would be my first move!

Could you list all of your components, and a more detailed explanation of the beeps that you do/did hear.
