Father-Doug wrote Im downloading Gta V on xbox one it started at 16:00 and is only on 44% atm i plugged my xbox in to my laptop via ethernet and its still taking ages i have decent internet so i just dont understand why its taking so long any fixes?

I also found that changing the ports on your router can speed up your downloads as well
