For you Manga readers out there. I was just curios if any of you guys have ever been disappointing with a Anime adaptation of a Manga. For example, the anime was rushed, missing key events/events you wanted in it or anything along the lines of the anime not being as good as the manga.
I DON'T MEAN TO COME OF AS A MANGA ELITIST SORRY IF I COME OFF AS THAT
As for my opinion I thought that TG(Tokyo Ghoul) did a okay job but it could've done a lot better. By that I mean Root A didn't really go as I thought it would've turned out. I'm pretty sure that everyone wanted to see kaneki break some bones but sadly we didn't and just over I felt like it was rushed. I wouldn't say it was a failure but gosh darn it I would've love to see crazy kaneki. Of course I could say more but this isn't a TG post.

I heard the Akame ga Kill manga was a lot better than the anime.

I know lots of people I'm pretty sure hate the Fairy Tail anime compared to its manga

I haven't read the manga in a while but from what i remember the anime follows pretty closely.

I haven't read the manga in a while but from what i remember the anime follows pretty closely.
I'm just basing it off what I've been reading from people's discussions of the anime on MAL and noticed lots of people complaining about it. It possibly could of been because people might of felt it was rushed, I'm not bothered by either of them for Fairy Tail personally

Not sure why you have not read it yet since you are on that AGK god tier anime hype but its well worth the time spent to read it.

Gantz manga wasn't really special but i liked it but the anime was complete sh*t IMO

Another great disappointment for me was Code:Breaker which didn't really continue.

Zetman was one of the first anime i watched and i liked it so i also read the manga which was much more detailed and was darker than the anime adaptation

Claymore manga was epic for me but anime was something else

AGK anime was okay it's just not cannon/follows the story. I liked the anime ending a lot actually after rewatching it and the manga is still on going but so far I'm liking it more than its anime.

Heard that after AgK manga ends there'll be a reboot of the series. Don't know for sure
