Sometimes the medals don't count. For vision pulse it was very annoying as the Tag N Bag medals would only show up half the time.

If you left the game that may be why

You need to get 6 kills in a single game six times with the Specialist Weapon to unlock the Hero Body for that Specialist. Unfortunately it is bugged (Unsure if intentional or not) so that rounds break the count, meaning you would need to get all of the kills in a single round if you are playing Demolition, Domination, Safeguard, Uplink ect. Because of this I recommend either running Overclock especially when in round-based game modes, or to stick to trying to play Kill Confirmed.

it has to be in 1 round of dom ctf uplink etc. Gamemodes that have multiple rounds each round counts as a game

And if your last kill was a double kill that glitches out the medals sometimes

Thanks man, I was playing safeguard and got them in all different rounds

Its just bugged, happens to me as well.
