My dashboard isn't the updated one. When I first turned my xbox one on it updated like it should, but I'm supposed to have abother update for the dash. I went to settings > system update and console info > and it said no updates available. I even deleted everything and reset my xbox to like brand new and it still did not update the dashboard.

I would recommend reading [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
If your still not having any luck. Sign into your Microsoft account and enter a private chat with an Xbox live ambassador. Explain your issue and maybe get it sorted out. When an Xbox updates it should update to the latest. So I can't really suggest anything else man.
To chat...Scroll to the very bottom and you'll see the (chat with a volunteer)
