Looking for a decent tablet to play games and watch films and YouTube on so preferably a pretty good display
So far I've looked at the Asus ZenPad 10 and Acer Iconia one 10
Also the bigger the better

If it was me I would getting a Nvidia K1 tablet.

It's £20 more than your budget but it's one of the most powerful tablets on the market as well as some impressive specs as well.
