how long does it take to actually download csgo once you have bought it. Mine is saying 22 hours yet it took 5 mins last time i bought it

Depends on your internet speed I believe. Usually the Valve estimation is wrong.

If you read carefully, it says when downloading: "Estimated Time: x hours, x minutes at 1,024 KB/s." It's just an estimated time that they put on there to reduce the amount of spam they could get about people complaining if their download time is slow as everyone usually has above 1Mbit download speed.
So, for example, CS:GO (~11GB) would take ~25 hours with a 1Mbit connection (11048MB/0.125MB = 88384 secs -> 24.5 hours). But if you have a 50Mbit connection (50x the estimated time Steam gives you), it'll take ~30 mins (11048MB/6.25MB = 1767.68 secs -> 29.4 mins).
tl;dr if you have a decent internet connection, you don't have to worry about it taking forever to download.

Like most people said it's your internet speed mine said 3 hours but it took me like 30 mins.
