Weird I know but is a 10 grader and an 8th grader too much of a distance for a relationship in school?

Your parents are probably more than 2 years apart.

I know when I was going through highschool and middle school it seemed weird because she is in a different grade than you. Once you get older it all changes.

So the answer is no, it is not weird. If you like him/her then go for it! Age is just a number right!!

Hope this helped bud.

Just think of what you want to get out of a relationship and if it will be tough being in two different grades. Thats all that should matter!!

My girlfriend is 15 and I'm 17, it's not weird at all, it seems weird because society makes it seem that way, if you love someone and you both make each other happy who cares what people think.

I don't think it's weird, I found in school that's the gap a lot of relationships had. The girls wanted a more mature guy, and the guys wanted the younger girls.
